1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DOPE MEDIA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DOPE MEDIA is a marketplace platform connecting music promoters with artists and labels. Promoters offer promotional services ("Gigs") on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, and others. Artists and Labels can purchase these services to promote their music.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and select a role:

  • Promoter: Offer promotional services and set your own prices
  • Artist: Purchase promotions for your music
  • Label: Manage multiple artists and purchase promotions on their behalf

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments and Fees

  • All payments are processed through PayPal
  • DOPE MEDIA charges a 12% platform fee on completed orders
  • Promoters receive 88% of the gig price after successful completion
  • Withdrawals are processed manually and may take 3-5 business days
  • All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise specified

5. Order Process

When an order is placed:

  1. Payment is collected from the buyer
  2. The Promoter must approve or reject the order
  3. Once approved, the Promoter completes the promotional work
  4. The Promoter submits proof of work
  5. The buyer accepts delivery or requests revision
  6. Upon acceptance, funds are released to the Promoter's wallet

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Buyers may cancel orders before work begins for a full refund
  • Refund requests for orders in progress are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Completed orders may not be eligible for refunds
  • DOPE MEDIA reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use fake engagement, bots, or artificial inflation of metrics
  • Misrepresent follower counts or engagement rates
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party platform terms
  • Share account credentials or create multiple accounts

8. Content Guidelines

All content shared on the platform must comply with applicable laws and must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization. DOPE MEDIA reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

DOPE MEDIA is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of promotional services provided by Promoters. We do not guarantee specific results from any promotion. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also request account deletion by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
